NSE 8 Certified Partners: How do I request my FortiSASE NFR license?

Since 2026, partners who have achieved the NSE 8 certification are eligible to request a FortiSASE NFR License.

Refer to the NSE 8 Public Handbook to review the current benefits for NSE 8 certified professionals.

To initiate the request for a NSE 8 FortiSASE NFR license follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal. For more information, see How to log in to the Helpdesk as a Customer or Partner for support?
2. Click Submit a ticket.
3. Complete the form as follows and then click Submit.

Certified partners must open the ticket from the account associated with their NSE 8 certification and provide their NSE 8 ID for verification.

If you are eligible to receive a FortiSASE NFR license, a license will be emailed to you as a response to this ticket.
