How do I register for the Fortinet-delivered instructor-led courses purchased through a Fortinet reseller partner?

I have purchased Fortinet-delivered instructor-led training (in-person or virtual):

You need to have a registered Fortinet Training Institute account before requesting your enrollment into your desired Fortinet-delivered instructor-led training session. For more information see How to create a Fortinet Training Institute portal account?

Request your enrollment into your desired session from the Fortinet Training Institute schedule page as follows:

1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal.
2. Click Submit a ticket.
3. Conclude the form as follows and then click Submit.
   

I have not purchased my enrollment into Fortinet-delivered instructor-led courses yet:

You can purchase our scheduled instructor-led courses, advertised on the Fortinet Training Institute schedule page, through Fortinet Resellers, Authorized Training Centers (ATCs), or credit card.

Ensure your order through Fortinet Resellers, or Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) includes your contact information and the dates of the instructor-led training session you are interested in. After Fortinet receives your purchase order from the reseller partner you contacted, the Fortinet Training team will contact you to coordinate your enrollment in the instructor-led training session of your choice. If your desired training session is closed to enrollment, you will be given more options from the Fortinet Training Institute schedule page.
