Cancelation Policy - Fortinet's rights to cancel or postpone training sessions

No refunds or rescheduled classes are permitted if you fail to contact Fortinet Training within the cancellation policy timeline, according to the type of training:



Fortinet reserves the right to cancel or postpone scheduled training, based on minimum attendance requirements, instructor availability, or for any other reason. Cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of Fortinet. 


If your class is canceled, Fortinet Training will notify the student by email at least forty-eight (48) hours  before the class start date. We will make every effort to reschedule the class within a reasonable timeframe. 


In the unlikely event your class does not take place, Fortinet is not responsible for travel costs that students may incur.

For any support or assistance, canceling, rescheduling or student modifications, submit a ticket to contact the Fortinet Training Institute support team. A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly.
