When do I receive confirmation of enrollment in a training session?

After you complete your purchase, the Fortinet Training team will contact you to coordinate your enrollment in the instructor-led training session of your choice. You will also receive a confirmation of enrollment through email, as soon as the enrollment is complete. 

When you log in to the Fortinet Training Institute portal, you will find the Fortinet training course that you purchased, on your In Progress training dashboard page.

Additionally: 

• For instructor-led online course enrollment, students will receive an email with class information details approximately 4 days prior to the start of the training class. 
• For instructor-led classroom course enrollment, students will receive a classroom-based training confirmation, with the training address, office access information, and some logistics details, approximately 14 days prior to the start of the training course.
