When do I receive confirmation of enrollment in an ILT session?

Once you redeem your ILT voucher  (How do I redeem my Fortinet instructor-led training voucher?), you will receive a confirmation of enrollment email from [email protected]. Check your junk/spam folder in case the email was filtered there.

When you log in to the Fortinet Training Institute portal, you will find the Fortinet training course that you purchased, on your In Progress training dashboard page.

Additionally: 

• For instructor-led online course enrollment, students will receive an email with class information details approximately 4 consecutive days prior to the start of the training class. 
• For instructor-led classroom course enrollment, students will receive a classroom-based training confirmation, with the training address, office access information, and some logistics details, approximately 14 consecutive days prior to the start of the training course.
