Lab once launched will initiate a timer that will run till its set expiry for the exercise.It is recommended that you allocate/set aside the specified time for a lab attached to the course. The required lab time is indicated against each lab.
Once you initiate/start a lab, the lab will take few minutes to launch. Once the lab has started, you will be able to observe a count down timer.
The lab will stop once the timer has run out.
You can not pause or stop the lab during the time it is running.
You can not also save the configurations done to the lab during the exercise.
If the lab is stopped or paused or the browser is closed for any reason and an attempt is made to start the lab again, you will get the notification that the lab is completed.
We recommend you to clarify in the support ticket, the type of browser used, any screen shots you can provide with the error message and the reasons known to you.
There may be a time when a lab may stop due to an issue with the lab infrastructure, we encourage you to reach out to us and raise a ticket as shown below. We will investigate the cause and help you further.
