How do I redeem my Fortinet on-demand lab voucher within self-paced courses?

Once you've purchased your Fortinet on-demand labs voucher, you can redeem and access the lab within the applicable self-paced course(s) as follows:

The on-demand lab voucher(s) will only be redeemable with their corresponding self-paced lab product. View the mapping of lab SKU vs self-paced course at: https://training.fortinet.com/local/staticpage/view.php?page=purchasing_process

1. Log in to the Fortinet Training Institute portal. If you do not have an account yet, see How to create a Fortinet Training Institute portal account? 
2. Go to the Library page, and browse for the self-paced course you purchased the lab for. 
3. Click Enroll Now.
4. Click Buy Now under Buy Now - on-demand lab access. The Checkout product page will display. 
5. Fill in the requested information and click Continue
6. Click Add Discount 
7. Enter the on-demand lab voucher provided at your purchase. 
8. Click Add Discount again. The price will be 100% discounted. 
9.  Click Complete Checkout

The lab links will immediately be displayed on the self-paced course page. You will be able to access them upon completion of the associated self-paced lessons.

To submit a Fortinet Training Institute support request:

1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal. For more reference see: Do I need a Helpdesk account to raise a ticket for an issue?
2. Click Submit a ticket.
3. Complete the form.
4. Click Submit.
