Exam Vouchers

Modified on Mon, 30 Dec, 2024 at 4:48 PM

Vouchers are an alternative method for purchasing an exam at a test delivery vendor. They have a validity period of one year from the date of issue. Only the original recipient should redeem issued vouchers. Vouchers cannot be resold, transferred, replaced, or refunded after they have been issued. The voucher validity date cannot be extended.

The redemption value of a voucher is based on the certification level exam pricing. Voucher recipients can purchase any active exam available for registration at authorized test delivery vendors, for both Test Center and online proctored exam deliveries.

Vouchers are available through authorized Fortinet Training Institute distributors. Depending on the test taker's engagement with Fortinet Training, they are available from:

  • Fortinet Training Institute through the academy, outreach, and veterans programs
  • Fortinet Training Institute Store for Authorized Training Centers  (Gilmore Global)
  • Fortinet authorized training centers (ATCs)
  • Fortinet authorized reseller partners
  • Credit card transactions through the Fortinet Training Institute portal (link)

Recipients can only redeem vouchers purchased or obtained from Fortinet authorized sources to purchase Fortinet exams. Recipients should keep purchase receipts or email notifications as proof of purchase or issuance.

If you redeem a voucher obtained from an unauthorized source, or third-party resellers, the Fortinet Training Institute may cancel the voucher and the exam. Any completed and passed exams may also be invalidated, and any exam badges issued can be revoked following an investigation by Fortinet.
