My lab doesn't open

If you click Start Session as shown in the image below and the lab window doesn’t appear, and you can’t find it in any open tabs, your browser may be configured to block pop-up windows. 

 


 

 

The pop-up window should look like this:


  


You may see the following message:

Most pop-up blocker services are enabled by default when you first install a new browser.


Fortinet recommends using Chrome for courses and labs.


Follow your browser's instructions to enable pop-up windows.


If you can't resolve the issue, open a support ticket.
