When you start a lab from the portal, you connect directly to our lab environment from your browser using your customer account.
After you are authenticated, click a lab.
The lab opens in a new window, so ensure that your browser doesn’t block pop-ups. Fortinet strongly recommends using Google Chrome.
To start the lab, click Click to start lab.
Click Start session.
Note: Once you start a lab session you can’t pause or stop it.
The left panel displays several virtual machines (VMs) that you will use during the lab exercises.
To end your lab session, in the LAB drop-down list, click End Session.
Review the Lab Information and Resources webpage to help you to understand the terminology used in the lab guide, exercises, and lab. Virtual Lab Basics explains in detail the process to start the lab.
If you can’t start the lab, open a support ticket that includes screenshots of the error messages.
