How do I initiate the private training delivery coordination for the private session I purchased?

  1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal. For more reference see: Do I need a Helpdesk account to raise a ticket for an issue?
  2. Click Submit a ticket.
  3. Complete the form as follows and then click Submit.



A Fortinet Training Isntitute representative will contact you shortly to initiate the training delivery coordination for your purchased private training session.
