How do I assign the digital content I ordered?

When your order includes eBooks (Licensed Products), you will have one of two views: Single or Multiple eBook licenses assignment.

Single eBook license assignment

You can assign the license while you're on the order confirmation page.

The information auto-fills with the order details, but it can be edited. If you need, you may click into the visible text box to change the name and email to the intended recipient information and then click on ‘Claim Digital Content’ to send an email containing the license for this product.

Multiple eBook license assignment

Despite still being on the order confirmation page, you will need to click on ‘Distribute Digital Content’ to access the license codes.

After clicking on ‘Distribute Digital Content’ you will be brought to the following page.

Here you can enter the recipient’s name and email information manually and send emails. Or click ‘Download recipients Template’ and enter the information in to the spreadsheet and then ‘Upload Recipient’ to send these recipients emails containing the license codes for this product.
