To cancel or reschedule an instructor-led, open-enrollment class seat, you must provide notice at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the class start date. Substitutions are allowed up to seven (7) days before the class start date.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact the Fortinet Training team.
No refunds or rescheduled classes are permitted if you fail to contact Fortinet Training within the cancellation policy timeline.
