To cancel or reschedule a private onsite training session, either with NSE standard or custom content, you must provide notice at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the class start date. Student modifications are allowed up to seven (7) days before the class start date.
For any support or assistance, canceling, rescheduling or student modifications, submit a ticket to contact the Fortinet Training Institute support team. A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly.
No refunds or rescheduled classes are permitted if you fail to contact Fortinet Training within the cancellation policy timeline.
