To cancel or reschedule a private onsite training session, either with NSE standard or custom content, you must provide notice at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the class start date.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact the Fortinet Training team, and your Fortinet account manager by email.
No refunds or rescheduled classes are permitted if you fail to contact Fortinet Training within the cancellation policy timeline.
