Yes. If you already have a scheduled appointment at a Pearson VUE test center and would like to switch to an online proctored appointment, you can; however, you must do so more than 24 hours before your exam is scheduled to occur. Prior to cancellation, confirm that the online proctored delivery option is available in your country.
To change your appointment format, you must first cancel your current test center appointment, and then reschedule your exam. Your purchase will be refunded, if you are canceling more than 24 hours before your original exam appointment. Follow the registration process to repurchase your exam and schedule a new appointment, this time selecting the online delivery option.
