What email address should I use to register on Pearson VUE?

When registering on the Pearson VUE website, make sure you use the same email address that you use to log in to the Fortinet Training Institute portal. 

This ensures that your exam results are sent to your Fortinet Training Institute account. 

If you used a different email address when registering to Pearson VUE, you need to request Fortinet to associate your Pearson VUE records to your Fortinet Training Institute account as follow:

1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal.
2. Click Submit a ticket.
3. Complete the form.
4. Click Submit.
