I’ve increased the size of my class at the last minute and some of the student workspaces are not available. When will they be started?

Any additional students or classes that are scheduled last minute will see a delay in how long it takes for the workspaces to become available. This delay depends on the current load on the lab platform (i.e. how many lab workspaces are already in the queue) but on average can take 30-60 minutes. If it is a light day, they can be ready sooner. 

The recommendation is that if you have added students to your workshop class within 4 hours of class start time, then ask you students to select the Click here to start lab button within their lab activity before you begin the theory presentation or discussion portions of the workshop. This will allow time for those new lab workspaces to be provisioned so that all students can start the labs at the same time.
