Open a support ticket to report errors with your lab. Include the following information in the support ticket:
- The browser you are using
- Whether you are using a VPN
- The steps to reproduce the error, lab guide page, exercise numbers
- Screenshots of the error window or any relevant information to get a faster resolution
We recommend that you take screenshots of any error messages.
Considerations:
- We recommend using Chrome to access our lab network.
- Run the Lab Access Test before connecting to our labs to ensure that the connection speed is suitable.
- After you initiate your lab session, you cannot save the configurations, so you should allocate enough time to work through the lab without exiting the session.
