What data do I provide to report an error in a lab?

Open a support ticket to report errors with your lab. Include the following information in the support ticket:

  • The browser you are using
  • Whether you are using a VPN
  • The steps to reproduce the error, lab guide page, exercise numbers
  • Screenshots of the error window or any relevant information to get a faster resolution

We recommend that you take screenshots of any error messages.


  • We recommend using Chrome to access our lab network.
  • Run the Lab Access Test before connecting to our labs to ensure that the connection speed is suitable.
  • After you initiate your lab session, you cannot save the configurations, so you should allocate enough time to work through the lab without exiting the session.
