To open a Lab support request
- Log in to the Fortinet Training Institute Helpdesk portal.
For more information, see How to log in to the Helpdesk as a Customer? - Click Submit a ticket.
- Fill in the ticket form as follows:

What is your request related to? | Authorized Training Center (ATC) |
What is your ATC request related to? | Support Fortinet hosted labs |
- In the Description field, provide further details such as:
- Details of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Does this issue impact a single or many users? (provide names)
- Page and step in the Instructions being followed (lab guide, webpage etc.)
- Screenshots of the error
Upon receiving the ticket, a support representative will promptly connect with you.
