On some occasions, you may experience that your lab is not loading.
You have clicked on the Lab:
Then, you started your session:
But the Lab seems to be missing or not loading.
Eventually, if you try again later, the system will show that your Lab is complete:
One of the possible causes for this error could be the type of browser in use or the pop-up being blocked in your browser settings.
Fortinet strongly advises you to use either Chrome or Firefox. You must ensure they are updated to the latest version available, and that the browser Cache is emptied.
If none of the above works, there could be an issue with lab infrastructure at the moment. If this is the case, we recommend you raise a support ticket with us and provide the relevant screenshots and browser details, we will gladly help you further.
