The short answer is 'no'... you cannot stop or pause a lab once it is launched and resume your work.
Our labs are optimized to run just once, and destroyed automatically upon completion of the set time unless stopped by the user.
We, therefore, recommend reviewing the course material and lab guide to plan and allocate the set time for a lab. Once a lab has started, we recommend completing all the exercises of the lab.
In case you encounter any technical issues with your lab, we recommend accessing our support portal and looking for the solution to the common issues or raise a support ticket to get help.
