Do I need a Helpdesk account to raise a ticket for an issue?

Yes, to open support request tickets through the Fortinet Training Institute Helpdesk portal, you need to sign in with your FortiCloud services credentials, FortiCloud is integrated with the FortiCare (aka Fortinet Support) portal.

Once logged in, you can open new support requests, and review the status of all your tickets.
