Do I need a Helpdesk account to raise a ticket for an issue?

Yes, to open tickets through the Fortinet Training Institute Helpdesk portal, you need to sign in with your FortiCloud services credentials, FortiCloud is integrated with the FortiCare (aka Fortinet Support) portal. 


If you do not have a FortiCloud account yet, follow the below process to sign in:

  1. At the Fortinet Training Institute Helpdesk portal, click Sign in and then Sign in as a Customer / Partner.
  2. Click Register on the Email Login tab.
  3. Enter your account email and then click Register.
  4. Enter the captcha code and click Get Email Verification Code.
  5. Enter the email verification code, and then click Next twice.

 

Your FortiCloud account has been created. You can now log in to submit your ticket through the Fortinet Training Institute Helpdesk portal.


Once logged in, you can review the status of all your tickets.
