Do I need a Helpdesk account to raise a ticket for an issue?

If you have arrived here at the helpdesk portal page and are wondering whether to create an account and log in to submit a ticket, read further.


You do not need an account to submit a ticket or to review our existing knowledgebase articles for already known and commonly found issues. However, if you would like to review the status of all your older tickets, and view your activity in a consolidated view, you will need to create an account at the Helpdesk. Please read and review another article on how to create your account in the Helpdesk on our knowledge base.
