If a new lab is just launched by a student or an instructor by the way of adding an extra seat at the last minute, depending on the complexity of the lab, it may take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes by the time the lab is ready. Once the lab is ready, a running timer along with VMs will appear in the left side pane of the lab view/window.

The picture below shows when the lab become ready. Note the timer that is runnning towards its set expiry (time alloswed for that lab).
Incase you have waited for almost 60 minutes and your lab is not avaiable still, we recommend raising a ticket.
