How do I resolve Error 403 - Web Page Blocked?

You may encounter the error message Error 403 - Web Page Blocked in the browser while trying to open a course, lab or any other content. This error message can occur using any browser on macOS or Windows.


Description:

This error message looks like this :



The error could occur because you do not have permissions for the content you are trying to access. If you think this is an error due to another reason, you should open a support ticket.


and In the support ticket, you should provide details (such as the exact URL you are trying to access, the Client IP address reflected in the error message you are getting as shown in the picture above) about when and where the error message occurred, for example, a specific page, specific content, or the entire site.
