How do I change the start and end time for my labs ordered on Gilmore Global?

When ordering labs through Gilmore Global, the start and end times are fixed based on the selected time zone.

By default, labs are provisioned from 8:00 AM on the start date to 8:00 PM on the end date of the selected time zone. Between consecutive training days, labs are paused automatically at 8:00 PM of the selected time zone, and can be resumed at any time. 

How to adjust your lab start time?

Since lab times are tied to the selected time zone, you can change the start time by choosing a different time zone that matches your desired local start time. For this:

1. Determine your preferred local start time. 
2. Remember that labs always start at 8:00 AM in the selected time zone. 
3. Choose a time zone where 8:00 AM in that zone equals your desired local start time.

Example: if you are in Athens, Greece, and want your lab to start at 12:00 PM local time, select the America/Nuuk time zone. This aligns 8:00 AM (America/Nuuk) with 12:00 PM (Europe/Athens) time.
