How do I schedule my FCX practical exam?

After you pass the FCX written exam at Pearson VUE, you can then attempt the FCX practical exam. 

As of January 2023, FCX practical exams are available online, proctored through ProctorU. 

You must purchase your FCX practical exam voucher through Fortinet Resellers, Authorized Training Centers, or via credit card in the Fortinet Training Institute portal, prior to scheduling the exam.

To initiate the FCX practical exam scheduling process

1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal.
2. Click Submit a ticket.
3. Complete the form as follows and then click Submit.

If you are eligible to schedule the FCX practical exam, Fortinet will initiate the scheduling process for you, and you will receive two (2) emails from ProctorU, for you to schedule your exam using their scheduling application. For more information see FCX Practical Exam Scheduling guide.
