I failed my exam at Pearson VUE due to technical issues. What should I do?

You should create a support request directly with the Pearson VUE support team through https://home.pearsonvue.com/fortinet/contact. Pearson VUE may process your request within five business days. 

The Fortinet Training team will not be able to provide support on behalf of Pearson VUE.
