I would like to practice the lab activity before delivering my class, can I schedule a workshop just for myself?

No, since there is quite a bit of overhead associated with running a Fast Track workshop class it is not efficient for us to approve instructor-only requests. However, we do have a feature that allows all Fast Track instructors to practice the lab activity prior to every Fast Track workshop they deliver. 

Once your class has been requested and approved, you will find a hands-on lab environment labeled [Lab Prep] in your workshop course in the Learning Platform. This can be accessed once and is to be used at any time before your class starts. 

There is also another hands-on lab environment labeled [Lab Activity], which is to be used during your scheduled class time for demonstration purposes. 

Note since the SD-Branch workshop is based on physical hardware, it does not have the [Lab Prep] feature to reduce the chances of conflict.
