If you are experiencing an RDP connection issue on a Linux box in an SD-WAN Fattrack session that is affecting one or more students, read further. You may be getting an error as shown below.
There is a high chance that the Rasberry PI or Unix box has some issue and needs a hard reboot. If there are available extra Pods, do advise students to move to the working Pods. As a result, the affected students will lose their work in the process and will have to start over.
You will need to raise a support ticket for teams to review and act on the affected Pods.
