Description of the issue
You cannot work with your FortiSOAR user interface. From the Local-host and Direct HTTPS, the user interface shows a couple of spinning circles for some widgets, roles, updates, etc.
e.g >>>
Here, you may be experiencing a certificate issue.
The FortiSoar device certificate must be re-installed. You are advised to reach out to your instructor to have him access another document at the support portal that lists the procedure to update this certificate.
Once updated, all services will restart...
Eventually, access GUI and verify the problem is gone. The user interface should now look like this:
If the above procedure does not resolve the issue, kindly raise a support ticket.
