Case 1:
If you passed only the NSE 7 Enterprise Firewall exam on or after October 1, 2021, you can take one of the following additional exams before October 1, 2023 to receive the Fortinet Certified Engineer (FCE) in Network Security certification on that date:
- NSE 7 SD-WAN
- NSE 7 LAN Edge
- NSE 7 Network Security Support Engineer
The expiration date of your FCE in Network Security certification will be two years after you completed the additional exam.
Case 2:
If you passed only one of the following exams on or after October 1, 2021, you must pass the NSE 7 Enterprise Firewall exam before October 1, 2023 to receive the Fortinet Certified Engineer (FCE) in Network Security certification on that date.
- NSE 7 SD-WAN
- NSE 7 LAN Edge
- NSE 7 Network Security Support Engineer
The expiration date of your FCE in Network Security certification will be two years after you passed the NSE 7 Enterprise Firewall exam.
Case 3:
If you passed the core NSE 7 Enterprise Firewall exam and one of the following elective exams:
- NSE 7 SD-WAN
- NSE 7 LAN Edge
- NSE 7 Network Security Support Engineer
You will receive the Fortinet Certified Engineer (FCE) in Network Security under the following conditions:
- You passed either the core exam or the elective exam on or after October 1, 2021.
- The time between the core and the elective exam is no more than two years.
Case 4:
If you have completed the following NSE 7 exams on or after October 1, 2021, you will receive the FCE certification listed below on October 1, 2023:
