I completed a self-paced lesson and it is not showing as completed. What should I do?

Once the video player within the self-paced courses shows the completion criteria as completed, the associated lesson on the Fortinet Training Institute portal shows a check mark to indicate the lesson has been marked as complete. For example: 

If you watched the lesson and the completion criteria in the video shows as complete, but the course on the Fortinet Training Institute portal does not show a check mark, the following is recommended:

• Ensure you meet the Browser recommendations.
• Clear your Google Chrome browser cache. 
• Ensure your browser does not have any extra security or content blocking turned on, specifically for the Fortinet Training Institute website.
