I completed a self-paced lesson and it is not showing as completed. What should I do?

Once the video player within the self-paced courses shows the completion criteria as completed, the associated lesson on the Fortinet Training Institute portal shows a check mark to indicate the lesson has been marked as complete. For example: 


If you watched the lesson and the completion criteria in the video shows as complete, but the course on the Fortinet Training Institute portal does not show a check mark, the following is recommended: 


If the issue persists, contact the Fortinet Training Institute team through the Helpdesk Portal. 


To submit a Fortinet Training Institute support request:

  1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal.
  2. Click Submit a ticket.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Click Submit.


A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly.
