The self-paced lesson does not play, it returns a Black Error Screen. What should I do?

If the video lesson shows a black error screen, either at the start of the video or on a specific slide, it is recommended that you clear your Google Chrome browser cache. 

To clear your Chrome browser cache: 

  1. Open Chrome. 
  2. At the top right, click the More icon.
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. From the Time range drop-down list, select All time.
  5. At minimum, clear your Browsing history and Cached images and files
  6. Click Clear data
  7. You many wish to relaunch your browser.
