My enrolment key provided for the course is not working?

If you are attending an instructor-led course and have received the enrollment instructions in an email (as below) with an enrollment key and a URL for the course, here is what you need to do.

  • Log into the learning platform and into your dashboard where you see all your courses.
  • Paste the course URL into the browser.
  • You will be provided a box called Enter key in the Enrolment key dialogue with some strings already available in the box.
  • You need to erase that key and paste the one provided in the email you received.

Student access information

  1. In the upper-right corner of the screen click Login and select account type.
  2. Partners should access through 'Partner'.
  3. End users should access through 'Public'.
  1. In the upper-right corner of the screen click Login and select 'Public' account type.
  2. Click the Sign Up button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Complete mandatory fields and click Submit.
