What do I do if the enrolment key for my course isn't working?

If you are attending an instructor-led course, and received an email containing the enrolment instructions, an enrollment key, and the URL for the course, do the following:

  1. Log into the learning platform. Your dashboard displays all your courses.
  2. Paste the course URL into the browser.
  3. In the Enter key field, erase the default key, copy and paste the key from the email, and then click Enrol.

Student access information

  1. In the upper-right corner of the screen click Login and select account type.
  2. Partners should access through 'Partner'.
  3. End users should access through 'Public'.
  1. In the upper-right corner of the screen click Login and select 'Public' account type.
  2. Click the Sign Up button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Complete mandatory fields and click Submit.
