As of April 4, 2023, you will receive an exam badge when you pass an NSE 4 through NSE 8 exams included at the following new certification levels:
- Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP)
- Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (FCSS)
- Fortinet Certified Expert (FCX).
Fortinet will only issue exam badges for NSE 4-7 exams successfully achieved on or after October 1, 2019. Note the following exams are not included in the new certification levels, and will not receive exam badges: NSE 6 FortiVoice, NSE 6 FortiADC, NSE 6 FortiSandbox, NSE 7 FortiSOAR Design and Development, and NSE 7 ATP Exams.
Fortinet will issue exam badges for all NSE 8 exams (written and practical) successfully achieved since the program was launched.
As of October 1, 2023, you will receive an exam badge for each course you complete at the following new certification levels: Fortinet Certified Fundamentals (FCF) and Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA). The completion of the current NSE 1, NSE 2 and NSE 3 certification requirements will not award an exam badge.
