What to do when several devices inside PoD remain unreachable?

When you try to RDP to FortiFied and get the below response. When you try to connect to the Jumpbox - you may get the same response as below. 




While connecting to other devices such as FGT-EDGE HTTPS, you may see the same response as above/ When you try to connect using SSH, you will see an error message something like below.



You may, however, be able to access Console for FGT-EDGE

This points to an error in the networking components of various VMs inside your environment. 


You are advised to take snapshots of the error message, use a public login (or another email address) to be used to log in to LMS and register the user in the class and on to a new envrionment to carry on with the class. Subsequently, raise a support ticket from the portal for support team to investigate and fix the root cause.
