If you are a Fortinet customer or public user, go to the Fortinet Training Institute sign in page, and then click Forgotten your username or password? to reset your access credentials.
If you are a Fortinet employee, log in to the corporate employee OIM User Portal, and then click Change Password. This action will update your corporate credentials to access all Fortinet systems.
If you are a Fortinet partner, go to the Fortinet Partner Portal, and then click Forgot Password?. Please note that Fortinet partners must always access their Fortinet training accounts through the Fortinet Partner Portal.
If you did access Fortinet training content through an external training portal, please contact the admin of the external training portal for a password reset. The Fortinet Training Institute team integrates with several other training portals worldwide, and only provides access to the content without administration capabilities within these external sites.
