If you are a Fortinet customer, end user, public user, Academic partner, Outreach partner, Veteran partner, go to the FortiCloud page, and click Forgot password? to reset your access credentials. Contact Fortinet customer service here if you need further assistance with your FortiCloud credentials.
If you work for an existing Fortinet partner (reseller or distributor) registered in the Engage partner program, go to the Fortinet Partner Portal, and then click Forgot Password?. Please note that Fortinet partners must always access their Fortinet training accounts through the Fortinet Partner Portal.
If you are a Fortinet employee, log in to the corporate employee User Portal, and then click Change Password. This action will update your corporate credentials to access all Fortinet systems.
If you did access Fortinet training content through an external training portal, please contact the admin of the external training portal for a password reset. The Fortinet Training Institute team integrates with several other training portals worldwide and only provides access to the content without administration capabilities within these external sites.
For any support or assistance with the password reset, submit a ticket to contact the Fortinet Training Institute support team. A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly.
