Why don't I receive the security code when I log in to the FortiCloud Portal?

You are not receiving the security code because the email or password combination you are using is most likely incorrect. You should reset your password: https://support.fortinet.com/cred/#/forgot/password





If you do not get a reset link, you have not created a FortiCloud account with that email:

https://support.fortinet.com/cred/#/sign-up


As of May 5, 2025, FortiCloud is the default authentication method for all users on the Fortinet Training Institute platform. Your old Training account password is no longer necessary; you need to use your FortiCloud credentials.
