What happens if I move to another company?

You can request to edit the business email address and username of your current account, or to have your achievements transferred if you created a new one.


To submit a Fortinet Training Institute support request: 

  1. Log into the  Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal.
  2. Click Submit a ticket.
  3. Complete the form. 
    • Provide your former and new email addresses to facilitate the transfer. 
    • If your new company is part of the Fortinet Partner Program, ensure you have already signed up to the Fortinet Partner Portal. 
  4. Click Submit.


A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly. 


You can follow up and keep track of your Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk requests through https://helpdesk.training.fortinet.com/en/support/tickets
