My profile name is spelled incorrectly. How can I edit my name in Fortinet Training Institute Portal?

If you are a customer, end user, public user, submit a ticket request to edit your account through Fortinet Training Institute Helpdesk Portal. Make sure you choose Accounts in the request type field. 


If you are a Fortinet employee, please contact your local HR team o the global HCM support team.

If you are a partner, access My Profile at the Fortinet Partner Portal to edit your name.
