Your Fortinet NSE certification will be issued with the exact name you registered in the Fortinet Training Institute portal when you signed up.
To change your name in your certification and Fortinet Training Institute profile:
If you work for an existing Fortinet partner (reseller or distributor) registered in the Engage partner program, you should contact your regional Channel team to update your profile in the Partner Portal:

- apac_partners@fortinet.com
- japan_partners@fortinet.com

If you are a Fortinet customer, end user, public user, Academic partner, Outreach partner, or Veteran partner, you can change the name of your FortiCloud account by following these instructions:
- Go to either https://support.fortinet.com/ or https://www.forticloud.com/ and log in with the Email user option.

- Click on the small drop-down arrow on the upper-right section of the webpage and select My Account.

- Click Account Profile and then click Edit.

- Update your desired information, and then click Save.
Changes to your first name, last name, account ID (email), and organization may take up to 2 hours to synchronize with the training portal. Re-logging in after this time should display the newest information.
