My profile name is spelled incorrectly. How can I edit my name in Fortinet Training Institute Portal?

If you are a customer, end user, or public user:

  1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal. For more information, see How to log in to the Helpdesk as a Customer? 
  2. Click Submit a ticket.
  3. Complete the form as follow:
  4. Click Submit.


If you are a Fortinet employee, please contact your local HR team o the global HCM support team.

If you are a partner, access My Profile at the Fortinet Partner Portal to edit your name.
