What to do if you get the error "Logged in successfully but do not have an account in moodle" ?

If you have a new partner account that was just created and you are able to successfully log into the partner portal but upon logging into NSE training for doing a course or a lab, you get the below error message, read on.



It takes up to 24 hours before your account is fully created and ready to be used to attend a class or lab using the partner credentials. We, therefore, will recommend planning ahead of time before attending a class/session. 


Please ensure to try following the steps below first before raising a ticket.


Fortinet partners must always access their training accounts via the partner portal and do not have a separate password for training.


Clear your browser cache first.

To access your training account:
• Select Partner at the Fortinet Training portal log in page, and then enter your Fortinet Partner portal credentials

• Alternatively, log in to the Fortinet Partner portal, and then click NSE Training



If you need to reset your Fortinet partner portal password:
1. Access the Fortinet partner portal log in page
2. Click Forgot Password?, as shown below, and follow the instructions to reset your password.





If it's been more than 24 hours already and you are not able to verify your login into the NSE Training portal ahead of your upcoming class, please raise a support ticket.
