What to do if you get the error "You have logged in successfully but do not have an account in moodle"?

Newly created partner accounts at https://partnerportal.fortinet.com/ may get the following error message when connecting to the Fortinet Training Institute site.


It takes up to 24 hours before your account is fully syncronized between the systems. We, therefore, recommend planning the partner account creation ahead of time before attending a training session. 


If it's been more than 24 hours, and you are having the same error message, please clear your browser cache and try again. 


If you still receive the same error message, submit a Fortinet Training Institute support request: 

  1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal.
  2. Click Submit a ticket.
  3. Complete the form. 
  4. Click Submit.


A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly.
