What to do if the lab guide is not showing in the window?

Summary: Students report that they managed to provision their lab sessions properly (no lag, all devices are up and everything up and running), while the Lab Guide is not showing. 


Typically: 



As you can observe, the student’s only choice is to end his session



Most probably, the browser is using a web content filtering tool, preventing the Lab Guide from being displayed.

Clearing the cache or using an incognito window helps resolve the issue.  



Clear Chrome Cache 

. On your computer, open Chrome. 

. At the top right, click More 

. Click More toolsClear browsing data. 

. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. 

. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. 

. Click Clear data 

. Restart Chrome 

  

Clear Firefox Cache 

. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences. ... 

. Select the Privacy & Security panel. 

. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…. 

. Remove the check the mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. ... 

. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button. 

. Restart Firefox
