I need support for Credit Card payments. What should I do?

Our electronic purchase via credit card is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). If you require support for billing and payment issues, contact Paddle at help@paddle.com.


If you require support for Fortinet training products purchased via credit cards (for example, support for labs, lab access, course completion, etc.), contact the Fortinet Training Institute team though the Helpdesk Portal. 


To submit a Fortinet Training Institute support request:


  1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal: https://helpdesk.training.fortinet.com/support/home
  2. Click Submit a ticket.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Click Submit.


A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly. 


You can follow up and/or keep track of your Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk requests through: https://helpdesk.training.fortinet.com/en/support/tickets
