I have an IAM or Sub User FortiCloud account, why can't I login to the Fortinet Training Institute Portal?

If you try to log in to the Fortinet Training Institute Portal using your IAM user FortiCloud account, you will receive an FTIx0001 error. To access the Training Institute Portal, you must first create a Master/Org Admin (email user option) FortiCloud account by signing up here

Additionally, you cannot use your Sub User FortiCloud account. You must have a Master/Org Admin account and log in through Email user authentication. For more information on how to create a Master/Org Admin FortiCloud account, please follow these instructions.

The IAM user account allows the company's master account to centralize all of its assets and resources. This IAM approach also allows logging in on behalf of another person, which is not compatible with the Fortinet Training Institute. The Email user account grants access only to the owner of the Training Institute account.
