The IAM user account allows the company's master account to centralize all of its assets and resources. This IAM approach also allows logging in on behalf of another person, which is not compatible with the Fortinet Training Institute. The Email user account grants access only to the owner of the Training Institute account.
If you try to log in to the Training Portal using your IAM user FortiCloud account, you will receive an FTIx0001 error. To access the Training Institute Portal, you must first create an Email user FortiCloud account by signing up here.
